People don't like change and change is always disruptive. IN our experience the way to pursuade people to change is to entice them by showing them the real tangible benefits. Even the little things that can save them time and effort.
We can't help with the sheer volume of emails (well we can) but we can make handling the information to answer the questions and tighten up on the quality better so in theory the volume of emails goes down..... We built Ecosystem to solve this one question: If i close my eyes what would the answer be?. So we built this system to solve that challenge
